Moola Progress Report — June 2022

At the end of May, we conducted a rebranding of PayBX to Moola, unveiling the new name of the app and project. This was well received by our community, and set the stage for a new future for the project. You can read that update here, where we shared various other bits of information as well, such as changes to the buyback and burn initiative, and the Moola app being available to download for iOS and Android by the end of Q3 2022.
We are back with a monthly progress report, covering the latest developments from June as we begin a new quarter and edge closer to the Moola release date.
At the end of this report, you will have the opportunity to submit questions for our upcoming Q&A session on Friday the 15 of July 2022. This session will be a livestreamed video or audio feed, either on Twitter/Spaces, in the Telegram group or on YouTube — more details are coming, but feel free to provide your opinion on which channel would be preferred.
Website Launch
With the rebranding, naturally we have created a new website to reflect the changes made to our identity (logo, colours, fonts, tone etc). Final design revisions and copy edits are being made, and our website will be live next week. This is a crucial milestone and stepping stone in providing a platform from which we can begin building a waiting list in anticipation of our launch. Furthermore, with the new website going live, we will be able to update our token information with the likes of CoinGecko, CoinMarketCap and others, to Moola (AXPR).
The initial version of the website will contain a landing page and a handful of inner-pages as we focus on delivery of the app. As we get closer to our launch date, we will upgrade the website to reveal hidden sections/aspects, such as information on staking tiers for AXPR as it relates to benefits in-app, and the exclusive Moola Card.
Litepaper Release
In the run up to the app release date, and with market conditions hopefully improving, we will be releasing the Moola Litepaper. This paper will serve to summarise and inform readers on all aspects of the Moola project and app, and will be a critical component in onboarding new members to the community, and for outlining our roadmap for the future.
Moola App Update
As outlined in our recent update regarding the rebranding, we are on-track to deploy the first version of our Moola app by September of this year. At launch, you can expect the following features to be available in the app:
Marketing Update
With the release of the new website imminent, and the app launch this quarter, we will begin transitioning our social media accounts to reflect the new brand. In addition, we will update the Moola (AXPR) token profile on websites such as CoinGecko and CoinMarketCap. This will involve updating the token name, logo, description and all relevant links.
As this occurs, we will begin producing content and creating organic awareness around our launch later this quarter, and our socials will come to life with frequent posts. Additionally, with the release of the website and new brand going live, you’ll see much more of the team in the Telegram chat. Our objective will be to begin building up our waiting list in anticipation of the launch. As we get closer to the launch, we will invest in paid marketing via various channels to put the brand in front of our target audience on high traffic websites/platforms.
Upcoming Q&A
With lots of changes and developments over the course of this year, we will be conducting a Q&A Session on the 15 of July 2022. This will provide an opportunity for you to ask the team questions and submit any feedback, which we can then digest and respond to in an open format via a livestream.
